Description: This sound session will include “tune up balls” to help roll out and release those nagging trigger points so you can relax and ease back more effectively to the harmonic sounds of crystal bowls, gongs and chimes.

-if you have your own Tune Up Ball set, please feel free to bring or we will provide them.
