Description: Prāṇāyāma “control of breath” is a Sanskrit word composed of two Sanskrit words - prāṇa (breath or life force) and yāma (extend) or āyāma (restrain/control). This ancient practice utilizes various breathing techniques in order to produce specific mental and physiological results. We will look into what Prānāyāma is and learn a few techniques that serve to cleanse, ground and invigorate you daily.
