If you are a new client interested in booking a session or a class but want some guidance, please fill out this questionnaire and we will get back to you within 48 hours:

DIRECTIONS
We are located in Kaimuki at 1144 10th Avenue, Suite 302 between Harding Avenue and Waialae Avenue (see map). You’ll find us in the Isoshima Building with Kaimuki Dry Goods which is across from the Kaimuki Park tennis courts.
Access 10th Avenue from Harding Avenue as it is a one way street heading mauka (towards the mountains). Take the stairs or elevator to the 3rd floor and we are the last suite at the end of the hall, Suite 302.
PARKING
1-hour parking is available in the 9 Visitor stalls #49-58 located at the entrance of the parking lot only. Theses stalls are for:
· Clients coming to a Private Session
· And equipment or Group Class meeting between 6a-7:30a or 5p-8p (group classes 7:30a-5p must find street parking)
PLEASE NO PARKING in the stalls marked for Kaimuki Dry Goods #40-48 or in the Reserved stalls #1-39.
Refer to the parking map for clarification or talk to the parking attendant (8a-4p Mon-Fri) upon arrival.
Please find STREET PARKING:
· If your Class meets between 7:30a-5p
· If you are coming to a Workshop or Teacher Training.
Please help us be good neighbors and observe these guidelines. If you plan to go to lunch, chit chat, or run errands, please re-park on the street or in one of the Kaimuki municipal lots:
· Option 1: Free or metered along 10th, 9thor Waialae Avenues
· Option 2: Parking in either of the Kaimuki parking lots located between 11thAvenue, 12thAvenue and Kokohead Avenue.
Appointment Clients
Clients who are coming in for personal training sessions are welcome to use the Visitor parking stalls throughout the day for 1 HOUR ONLY. If you plan to go to lunch or run any errands in Kaimuki, please re-park in one of the Kaimuki public parking lots or find street parking.
Equipment Class Clients & Group Class Clients
6a-7:30a CAN park in any of the Visitor Stalls #49-58
7:30a-5p Please find STREET PARKING and enjoy a nice warm-up walk to the studio:
· Option 1: Free or metered parking along 10th, 9th or Waialae Avenues
· Option 2: Parking in either of the Kaimuki parking lots located between 11th Avenue, 12th Avenue and Kokohead Avenue.
5p-8p CAN park in any of the Visitor Stalls #49-58
Workshop Attendees & Teacher Trainees
Monday-Saturday: If the workshop or teacher training you are attending occurs BEFORE 6p, please utilize street parking. If AFTER 6p, you are welcome to park in any of the Visitor Stalls #49-58
Sunday: If the workshop or teacher training you are attending meets on a Sunday, you are welcome to park in any of the Visitor Stalls #49-58
*Please no parking in Kaimuki Dry Goods stalls!
24-Hour Cancellation Policy
Any cancellation of a scheduled session made without 24-hour prior notice will result in a cancellation fee equal to the cost of the session.
